As the Qatar Airways GKA Freestyle-Kite riders make their way to the Neom Beach Games in Saudi Arabia where they will be competing from 19 – 23rd October in the penultimate event of the World Tour season, we can confirm that the final round in Brazil will take place on the infamous Taiba lagoon from 8-12th November.

So two rounds coming up – all streamed live – featuring the leading new school freestyle riders battling it out to become the 2022 Qatar Airways GKA Freestyle-Kite World Champions. First up a stunning, magical new kiteboarding location in the serene lagoons off the northern Saudi Arabia coastline for the Qatar Airways GKA Freestyle-Kite World Cup Neom, before the grand final at a second home for many of Freestyle’s elite – Qatar Airways GKA Freestyle-Kite World Cup Taiba, where perfect flat waters and smooth winds should provide no excuse for riders not riding to their absolute peak!

We can’t wait for the next two events – you’ll be able to watch it all live: www.gkakiteworldtour.com/live once the events get underway. For now we leave you below with some evidence of why Taiba will be so special!
