Social contribution of the Year

Here we are spotlighting those individuals who have somehow made a unique contribution to positively influence kiteboarding in the world. It will be given to the kiteboarder who goes above and beyond to help make the world a better place.
That may be striving to clean up the environment, working with underprivileged kids to give them the best possible chance, working with local authorities to keep beaches open for kiteboarding, or highlighting mental health issues in sport to bring them out into the open. In doing so, the contenders for the Social Contribution Award are helping advance the stature of our sport on the world stage.
The public vote for this category is open until May 16th.
